Toes to Bar

Lifting:

Snatch: 50kg/35kg
Clean & Jerk: 70kg/50kg

Dumbbell-Movements:

22,5kg/15kg

​

The competition takes place in teams of 2 - any combination is possible: 
Woman & Woman (FF) | Man & Man (MM) | Woman & Man (FM)

 

All team combinations compete in the same division (either Scaled or RX).


Comparability between women and men is ensured by scaling weight (e.g. 22.5kg/15kg), distance (e.g. 500m/400m) etc.

- ATHLETE INFORMATION -

Participation Fee and What you get for it 


The participation fee is 35€ per person. For this, each athlete receives

 

  • a limited edition competition shirt

  • a bag goodie with products from our sponsors (e.g. Nocco, Tommys Tape)

  • energy bars, bananas etc. on the day of the competition (while stocks last)

  • a prize as one of the 6 winning teams (3 per division)

For all those who want to take part but don't have a partner yet, we offer a “buddy search”.
Simply register via the link below in Excel or get in touch with one of the registered persons.

Registration Deadline: 28.07.24 
The number of participating teams is limited - please register as early as possible.

For our competition we need different types of helpers and hope for your support.

The following Support is needed:
 

  • Judges (experience in CrossFit necessary)​

  • Floor-Crew (experience in CrossFit necessary)​

  • Food & Drinks

  • SetUp (Friday, 23.08.24, afternoon)

  • Dismantling (Saturday, 24.08.24 evening)

As a Thank You for your help you will receive:
 

  • Voucher for Food/Drinks at the competition Day (within the scope of possibilites)

  • depending on your task (Judges & Floor-Crew) a shirt

  • Final Team-Dinner on Saturday evening

  • endliess gratitude from the whole CFK Team <3
